Drabu presents his 4th budget | KNO

Jammu and Kashmir finance minister hasseb Ahmad Drabu on Thursday presented his fourth budget in JK legislature assembly. Drabu came to the house around 12 pm and started his budget speech. The finance minister is likely to allot special allocations for the upcoming panchayat elections proposed to be held in Feb this year. All the members including former chief minister Omar Abdullah are present in the house. It is to mention here that last time the oposition has boycotted the budget speech of Drabu. (KNS)
